The 4EvaFit Lifestyle.
Where it all began.
4EvaFit owner and personal trainer Jo Hillas started her journey into the fitness industry over 10 years ago. Unsure about whether or not people in Ceduna would be interested in personal training sessions, but feeling like that it was a service she was passionate about and could offer to people, she put herself out there and had overwhelming success.
Since then, Jo’s business has grown exponentially. She purchased the current 4EvaFit Gym space in 2015, offering classes, personal training, weight-loss programs and more.
The gym is the heart of the fitness community in Ceduna and the surrounding district and 4EvaFit continues to grow and cater to the lifestyles and needs of the community.
The 4EvaFit Ethos.
At 4EvaFit we encourage everyone to incorporate fitness into their lifestyle. Living on the West Coast of South Australia means we are lucky enough to be surrounded by some of the most beautiful, pristine beaches and rugged coastlines in the world and we like to make the most of it! The gym is located just over 200 metres from the beach and we love to hold classes on the grass front of the foreshore on those mornings when it’s just too nice to be in the gym. We will also occasionally take our workouts on the road for hikes along the coastline or to do some dune runs (ouch!).
We like to train hard at 4EvaFit but we love to encourage all types of workouts and modes of fitness for all lifestyles. We live in a small community so we want to be a gym that is accessible to anyone. We foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for all people of all fitness levels and we do our best to cater all of our workouts to your needs.
A Plant-Based Lifestyle.
At 4EvaFit we are just as into food as we are fitness (if not more!). It goes without saying the two go hand in hand and Jo loves to remind all of her clients that you can’t out-train a bad diet! We do a small number of plant-based lunch orders every week and have foodie Fridays at the gym, where you can buy a snack, juice, or meal from the fridge at the end of your workout. We also regularly attend markets and public pop-ups across the West Coast (and beyond). so keep an eye on our social media for upcoming events.
We encourage a plant-based diet and this is reflected in the food we deliver, however, we still cater to those who don’t wish to eat plant-based in the meal plans that we deliver to customers in fitness programs such as Bodylishish.
