Choose the workout that works for you.
We have classes made to suit every workout style. From high-intensity, fat-burning sessions, hardcore physical exertion, strength training and toning, to mindful yoga workouts and aerobics training, we’ve got you and your goals covered.
4EvaFit also occasionally hosts pop-up and one-off classes. Make sure you keep an eye on our social media where we advertise these sessions (they usually get snatched up pretty quickly!)
About Our Classes.
Young At Heart
A class for the mature-age gym member or beginners. You’ll still feel your workout but there are plenty of modifications for all fitness levels and ages with a strong focus on form.
WOD
WOD is strength and conditioning combining weights with high-intensity training. A great all-rounder workout.
Body Bar
A strength and toning class using weights. This one will burn so good!
HIIT
Does what it says on the box. A high-intensity interval training session, guaranteed to make you sweat!
Melt
Cardio, Intervals, HIIT. This class is a huge calorie-burning session for those of you who really want to sweat it out.
Fusion
A fusion of pilates, yoga, relaxation and core strength. This one is great if you want to relax and do some slow-moving exercises.
Aerobics
A great cardio workout for the people who just want to move their bodies!
SatURDAY Sesh
1 hour HIIT, cardio, strength. In this class, we go hard!
Bodylishish
Bodylishish is a private class for people completing the 10-week program. It is not open to all members. Learn more about Bodylishish here.
Come along!
Classes are free for members or just $10 for a casual visitor. All you have to do is turn up!
